What does a Dean of Students do?
The Dean of Students is primarily an advocate for students and is responsible for all non-academic, student-related matters. The Dean works collaboratively and in full partnership with Ms. Hoffman and the Faculty at West to design, refine, and nurture a student experience that meets the unique needs and opportunities of our students.
