2024 N.E.E.D. Camp is coming to an end as the Diplomats are journaling at the final quiet hour after their ecology lesson. Just as reminded in Mr. Feeg's nightly campfires, we again hope, for you, that N.E.E.D. Camp was not "just a dream", but instead, like Little Gopher, you have painted memories of brilliant reds and oranges with hues of yellows and vivid greens and the deepest blues and purples. Hold those painted memories close! A week can go by so quickly but leave so many things in our hearts. Our silver and gold friends- all of you- now share this special bond of N.E.E.D. Camp forever. #WeAreWeiser

The sun has broken through the rain clouds and blue skies are above as the Diplomats have either set out on their hike or completed their trail group challenges and campfire cookout. The Diplomats are busy on their second day of N.E.E.D. Camp working through their Pattern stations and lessons. Campers learned how to use compasses for orienteering , binoculars to observe birds, have gone fishing, learned of water purity, and worked on their camp bracelets and tshirts while learning about patterns in nature. #WeAreWeiser
