When school buildings are closed due to weather or emergencies, we may implement a Flexible Instructional Day!
π On a FID:
Students learn remotely from 10 AM to 3 PM
Students and staff will follow their π» virtual/remote schedules as explained by their teachers. This will include a face-to-face TEAMS class meeting(s).
β Why use a FID?
Keeps learning on track
Maintains our academic calendar
Eliminates the need for make-up days later
π«After we exhaust our 5 pre-approved FIDs, we will return to using traditional snow days.
