Dr. Danielle teaches kids about how our brain works, and then equips kids with practical skills to work through these struggles, using activities with horses and other farm animals, games, and crafts! The non-judgmental and playful farm environment helps kids learn without pressure or shame, and gives them the chance to practice new skills with each other and the animals. Sign up for one or all workshops - each one is unique! 🙋🏻‍♀️Sensory 101 is the Parent Education Workshop that goes alongside NeuroHarmony, equipping parents with tools and practical skills to help their children at home. Knowledge is empowering! Occupational therapist Ashton Smith facilitates learning through activities and Q&A to support parents personally in learning how to help their children overcome these struggles through sensory regulation, something that is often overlooked but extremely beneficial - for parents too! Hello 4th grade Families! It is the time of the year when PTO and 4th grade family members start planning all the fun end of the year 4th grade events. Annually, CWE PTO sponsors a 4th grade pool party at the Conrad Weiser Pool in Robesonia. This year the event will be on June 5th, students will be bussed from East to the pool and be able to stay at the pool until 4pm. In order to pull off this event and make it a SPLASH for our students, we need your help! We need volunteers to help plan, chaperone the event, and help ask community businesses for donations. In addition, each year 4th grade families have planned other events including things like a family dance at the school, roller skating party at Skateaway, and a family night at the Reading Phillies where students held the flag on the field during the National Anthem. Again in order to make any of these events happen and be successful we need your help.
