Yesterday, students who earned and redeemed enough tickets in our SWPBS program, got to have lunch with our local police officers. They had a great time interacting with them! Our local officers go above and beyond to help our community! #WeAreWeiser

Dear CWE Families, This Thursday, we’re excited to celebrate Halloween with a special Spirit Day! Students are welcome to join in the fun by wearing Halloween-themed shirts or festive headbands. For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that students do not wear costumes, masks, or bring props to school. Please do not send in candy. Last week, Mrs. McDermott's second grade class was challenged to become fire safe after studying fire safety. They took a checklist home to see if their homes and families were ready in case of a fire emergency. The children earned badges and are now smoke detectives! #WeAreWeiser

"Good morning, Below you will find the registration link for the 2024-2025 MatClub Wrestling and Cheer Season. You will notice an increase in the registration fee as well as the breakdown this is due to adding in the duals raffle tickets again this year just like we did 2 years ago. Once your student sells their tickets you keep the money as you have already paid for them. This is very comparable to how other programs in the district do their fundraising as well. Also we are hoping to start open gym’s sometime the 1st week of November however, we are still waiting on confirmation as to when we have availability from the school so for now our start date is TBD. Our CW East Freedge (community fridge) is open for its first food donation! Throughout the year we will be filling our fridge, which is located at the morning parent drop-off entrance, with fresh produce that we grow in our Hydroponics unit. It is also possible that we may have donations from local farmers, or that community members can donate non-perishibale foods as well. This resource will serve as a type of food bank for all of our community members. Please see the attached images to see the rules about the fridge, to learn about it, and to learn how you can help our community with it as well. Anyone in our community is able to stop by and take any food that is in the Freedge or on the shelves next to it, much like the High School does their their Freedge by the age of department.
