Conrad Weiser Youth Basketball Club. Who's Ready for some basketball?! Register now for the Conrad Weiser Youth Basketball Club at www.cwyouthbasketball.org. For boys and girls grades k through 6. Registration closes October 13, 2025. Grades Kindergarten, first and second grades season runs the first week of december through the end of february with 2 week night practices per week. Grades 3 and 4 have evaluations for team placement late october. season runs from mid november through end of february. 2 week night practices and one weekend practice or game per week. Graders 5 and 6 have evaluations for BCYBL team placement late October. season runs from mid november through early march. 2 week night practices and 1 weekend practice or game per week.
