LIBRARY POLICY:

The library media center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise announced. All students are welcome to use the library media center before and after school.

Most books are checked out for three weeks and may be renewed for additional weeks. Students may check out a total of 5 items at a time. All laptops and chargers are due before the end of the current school day. Students will receive notices when their items are overdue. Any item more than 1 month overdue will be considered lost. Communication will be sent home to the parent/guardian. The student must promptly return the item or pay for the replacement cost of the item. Students with missing or overdue items may not check out any other items.

Hot Spots are also available to students who lack internet access at home. Students needing a hot spot should contact j_voletto@conradweiser.org for a hot spot request form. Hot spots are distributed by the middle school library based on need.

All students will be issued an ID card within a month of school picture day. Replacements for lost ID cards can be obtained from the LMC. There will be a $3.00 replacement charge for lost cards. The ID card is also the student's ID for other school activities.
